Catch up with your fellow professionals at one of Northern Virginia’s best production venues, all dressed up for the holidays.  We’re anticipating another blowout networking event!

    The Virginia Production Alliance is on a mission to bring more production work to the region and build a strong network of Virginia production professionals.

    The event is being held at ThunderShot Studios, which is located at 9425-B Mathy Drive in Fairfax, Virginia.

    PARKING: Please park in the overflow area across the street (see the diagram below). It’s behind the McDonald’s and we suggest you plug their address into your GPS: 9650 East Main Street, Fairfax, VA. Once you’re parked, cross at the corner near Lifetime Fitness. The studio is located just behind the Saba Restaurant and the walk is only 1/10 of a mile. Parking in the studio lot is reserved for speakers and event volunteers. Be aware that spaces adjacent to the studio building belong to other businesses. If you park in spots marked FFX Auto or Auto Body World, or behind the building in the large VUOM lot, YOUR CAR MAY BE TOWED.

    METRO: The closest station is Vienna (Orange Line). It’s three miles north of the studio. From there you can take a bus, taxi, Uber, or Lyft.

    BUS: Take the CUE (Green line) or Metrobus 29K,N to the Fair City Mall stop at the intersection of Pickett Road and Mathy Drive. The studio is located just behind the Saba Restaurant.

    At this event, film professionals and those who aspire to get together will share information about the current state of the industry.
