Join us for longtime VPA member Spec Campen for his 100th Birthday Parade! We will be doing a drive-by parade at Echo Lake Park for his birthday celebration. Whether you know Spec personally or not, please drive by and briefly wish Spec a happy birthday!
This is a surprise so participants are asked to meet at Echo Lake Elementary School, 5200 Francistown Road, Glen Allen, no later than 1:45pm to line up for the procession. There will be an opportunity to speak briefly with Spec, but masks will be required.
